  • 2) PERMISSION TO PUBLISH

  • As is tradition at ICLDC, we will be recording conference presentations and archiving them in ScholarSpace (plenaries & workshops), YouTube (paper presentations), and Discord (poster presentations), so that people who were not able to attend the conference can still benefit from the knowledge and expertise shared. We will also be taking pictures and video during conference social gatherings. Talk Story sessions will not be recorded.

Whether you are an attendee or presenter, we ask that you grant permission for the following:

    • Video in which you may appear

    • Audio in which you are speaking

    • Photo imagery in which you appear

These will be used solely for ICLDC-related publicity and educational purposes only.

  • NOTE: If you do not wish to be recorded, you may opt to turn off your video during recorded events, and instead of voicing questions or comments, you may type them in the chat. This will ensure that you are not (inadvertently) photographed or recorded.
