Our board meets the FIRST MONDAY of every month.
Please submit your request no later than 45 days prior to your event or need if the amount being requested is over $250.00 so as to allow our membership to vote on the matter.
If you are requesting less than $250.00 please have your request to us one week before the monthly meeting.
All requests submitted past this deadline will not be considered until the following month's scheduled meeting.
Requests for Designated Funds must be received prior to April 15th or the request will not be considered.
The MSC Board does not meet in June and July.
