To initiate an inquiry for a rental, please read our Rates and Policies document first — and then complete this Rental Inquiry Form.

The Belcourt will only be available for rental use under the following conditions:

Guided by our commitment to the health and safety of both our staff and rental clients, you agree to adhere to all health/safety policies and precautions that are in place at the time of your event.
Currently, masks are optional at the Belcourt. As noted, however, you must adhere to the Belcourt’s mask policy at time of the event.

Note that your submission of this form does not confirm your event or date. Your event/date is only confirmed after we have provided you with a license agreement to sign and have received your deposit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE BELCOURT PARKING LOT: The Belcourt's lot has 54 spaces (not including covered spaces which are generally occupied by Belcourt staff). Because it's the primary lot for Belcourt visitors and a public pay lot, spaces are regularly in use. On occasion, the Belcourt will authorize closure of part or all of the parking lot for rental event. If anticipate needing to park a bus, trailer or other large vehicle in the lot during your rental, the spaces you use ($20/space) will be added to the cost of your rental. We will hold a space by the loading door for a van or truck bringing equipment for use during a rental event. Note that if you choose to, and the Belcourt agrees, you can close the full lot; in this case, you must also provide security to direct traffic and control lot entrances. In all cases, parking needs must be discussed and approved in advance with the Belcourt’s operations director.

Please note that the Belcourt Theatre maintains regular film programming during rentals and rental set-up. The lobby space is not available for rental or set-up during daily film operations.
