Fressulf Commissions Form Logo
  • Fressulf's Commission Ordering Form!

  • Welcome to my ordering form! With this you can quickly and easily request a commission. I will then email you to discuss the commission more fully and negotiate the price and payment.

All commission forms are taken on a first come, first served basis, and the maximum queue at any time is five (5). The queue is updated on my FA journal header.

You may also peruse the commissions tab there to see examples and full descriptions of each type of commission.

If you have an idea for a type of image that doesn't fit any of those descriptions, never fear: go ahead and ask, because I may well be able to do it. Hey, I like to try new things now and then, you know?

  • EXPECTATIONS

Pricing is based on the complexity of the image and how much time and effort I estimate it will take to do. Therefore, extra characters, backgrounds, or unusually large images, etc. will increase the price of the commission. Checking whether the setting (particularly for backgrounds) will require more research does not necessarily increase the price, since I expect to do research anyway and that is included in the existing price.

Payment will be taken once details are finalized, before I begin. I begin when I receive payment. Payment may be in full or in portions, each portion given when I am ready for the next part of the commission. A partial payment set up will be negotiated for whatever works between us.

I send a rough sketch first before a final sketch, in order that revisions may be done if necessary. Revisions only include corrections to mistakes I have made against the final description (which is required before I begin). Changes to the instructions which require restarting the commission will require a fee, at my discretion (depending on how much I have to redo). Changes which are small enough to only alter details (e.g. limbs, props, face etc) are usually free as they're not much more complicated than revisions.

After rough sketches, I do a finished sketch, and after that I do the final version (or near to, anyway). For digital paintings, there is the option of any minor possible corrections.

I generally limit the number of characters in any image to two.

Badges are always done in physical media-- ink, watercolor, acrylic paint and or markers, and I can do flourescents (UV reactive). I laminate badges as well as hole punching them and including a clip.

  • Below is a link to my Terms and Conditions! Please read them! I cannot stress this enough! I know it's a little long but I want to make sure we have a clear picture of what to expect and what's OK (and what is not).

    The terms cover:

    • What you can expect from me as well as what I expect from you
    • What I consider fair for revisions versus what requires extra payment for extra work
    • What might get a commission dropped, and whether you can get a refund
    • And more!

If we have a miscommunication or a dispute, we will rely on the ToS to navigate the ensuing discussion. If nothing else, please remember that timely and courteous communication is a golden skill that draws the greatest of appreciation and respect from others.
