    AGREEMENT made this day (submission date above) by and between Renter and/or Company listed above hereinafter referred to as RENTER and DJ KLASSICK & COMPANY hereinafter referred to as the BANQUET HALL. This Agreement is non-negotiable and should not be altered by RENTER. This Agreement supersedes any other documents, correspondence, and conversation.

  • COPY OF DRIVER'S LICENSE/ID: 

    Please upload a clear and up-close photo of the front of your Driver's License/ID. This is required to keep on file with your Rental Agreement.

  • EVENT TYPES WE DO NOT ALLOW: 

    1. NO Ticket Sales Events or Events Open to the General Public (Private Events ONLY).
    2. NO Wedding Ceremonies/Receptions (we're a banquet hall designed for parties).
    3. NO Pop-Up Shops/Mobile Boutiques.
    4. NO Cannabis Events.
    5. NO Sip & Paints.
    6. NO Events with Strippers (Exotic Dancers).

    DJ Klassick Banquet Hall has the right to CANCEL any event deemed to be a public event/public ticket sale event with NO Refund to the CLIENT. DJ Klassick Banquet Hall also has the right to cancel or shut-down any event that was booked under false pretenses with NO Refund to the CLIENT.

    **NOTE: No access to the stage or usage of the stage

  • BASIC LIGHTING EXPLAINED:

    The Basic Lighting includes 3 L.E.D. units that will blink over the dance floor area. It adds a soft touch of lighting to just the dance floor area, nowhere else. This lighting is not strong enough to illuminate the entire venue, therefore, we must leave the venue white ceiling lights on over the other side of the venue. We must do this as the other side of the venue will be too dark for your guest and our staff to walk around, too dark for the DJ to see, and bottom line, a liability. If lighting isn't important for your event, then your Basic Lighting will be perfect. Please view the YouTube video below for a comparison between the Basic Lighting & Club Style Lighting upgrade. NOTE: No outside lighting allowed

    NOTE: We do not play Chicago House Music.
  • DECORATION RULES (Must be Followed):

    You may ONLY decorate the tables such as the guest tables, food, cake/gift tables (NO wall/ceiling decorations). We ALLOW balloon arches, loose/helium balloons, centerpieces, flowers, table runners, and personal table covers. If you have a banner, poster, large photo to hang, you will be required to use a stand/easel, supplied by you, to place them.

    1. NO wall or ceiling decorations allowed.
    2. NO decorations allowed on the exterior (outside) of the venue.
    3. NO centerpieces with open flame candles (battery operated is recommended).
    4. NO sprinkled Confetti or Glitter on the tables (too messy).
    5. NO Balloons filled with Confetti/Glitter will be allowed (too messy if they burst).
    6. NO outside or personal furniture such as tables, chairs, etc. will be allowed into the venue.
    7. If you purchase our Photo Booth service, you will NOT be allowed to add any decorations or a personal backdrop to our booth setup. This area is off limits to Renters to personalize and/or decorate.

    NOTE: Due to the size of the Banquet Hall, all tables & chairs are placed in designated areas and cannot be rearranged by the Renter. 

     

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    It is the responsibility of the Renter to read all terms & conditions below.
  • 1. [COVID-19 POLICY] The RENTER assumes ALL risks associated with COVID-19 including but not limited to; infections, mandated shutdowns, limited venue event times, limited venue capacity, or rental cancellation by the BANQUET HALL.

    2. [PAYMENT DUE IN-FULL] Payment is due IN-FULL at the time of booking for this package.

    3. [NO REFUND/CREDIT POLICY] No Refunds/Credits of any kind will be given for payment(s) made to the BANQUET HALL. 

    4. [NO PACKAGE UPGRADES] We do not allow package upgrades. Please make certain that the PREMIUM Package is what you want to purchase and keep.

    5. [EVENT SHUTDOWN] The BANQUET HALL reserves the right to SHUT-DOWN the event at any time by request or force with assistance of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department if the RENTER breaches the Rental Agreement or if the function becomes unsafe or unruly.

    6. [VENUE CAPACITY] A MAX of (50) people per event will be allowed (adults & children). Events exceeding 50 people (adults & children) will be shutdown immediately. 

    7. [DAMAGE TO PREMISES] The RENTER is responsible for the cost of all damages to the venue. Payment is due in CASH at the time of damage.

    8. [INJURY/DEATH/THEFT] The BANQUET HALL is not responsible for any injuries, deaths, or theft while on the premises of the BANQUET HALL. The RENTER takes full responsibility for any injuries, deaths, and theft during/after the event. 

    9. [NO SMOKING IN THE BANQUET HALL] There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside the building, including e-cigarettes. A designated area for smokers is located outside the BANQUET HALL. There is absolutely NO Marijuana smoking allowed on the PROPERTY (indoor or outdoor).

    10. [SETUP DAY & TIME] The RENTER will have access to the BANQUET HALL on the day of their scheduled rental to setup one (1) hour prior to the event start time. NO early access will be granted to the BANQUET HALL for any reason prior to the one (1) hour setup time.

    11. [DELIVERIES & DROP- OFFS] The RENTER must schedule all deliveries and drop-offs, which includes, but not limited to; food, beverages, cakes, decorations, etc., during their one (1) hour setup time or during their rental time. Please do not schedule deliveries and drop-offs before your one (1) hour setup time as BANQUET HALL staff will not be able to accept your deliveries or allow anyone into the BANQUET HALL prior to your one (1) hour setup time.

    12. [LOADOUT/DEPARTURE TIME] The RENTER will have a max time of Thirty (30) Minutes at the conclusion of the event to exit the building. All remaining food/drinks must be loaded-out, tables must be cleared of all plates, cups, and all decorations must be removed/trashed. This must all be done within the Thirty (30) Minute window.

    13. [BANQUET HALL ENTRY] The Banquet Manager will be present during the event and will be the person to open the door for the RENTER at the scheduled setup time.

    14. [CLEANING RESPONSIBILITY] The RENTER is responsible for keeping the venue tidy during the entire event. At the conclusion of the event all decorations must be removed. All plates and cups left on tables or about the BANQUET HALL must be placed in a trash receptacle. All food trays must be taken with you or placed in a trash receptacle. 

    15. [VENUE ACCOMMODATIONS NOT AVAILABLE] The BANQUET HALL does not have or offer a kitchen, wash sinks, refrigerator, or ice machine. All food must arrive cooked and ready to be served. Disposable plates/cups are highly suggested along with coolers and ice for your drinks.

    16. [FOOD & BEVERAGE SETUP AREA] You will be provided with two (2) 6 ft. tables for your food/beverages and one (1) 4 ft. table that can be used for your gifts or cake. All tables are placed in designated areas. You are NOT allowed to bring in your own tables, chairs, or any other furniture due to limited spacing.

    17. [SALES/TIPS] The RENTER cannot sell food or beverages on the premises of the BANQUET HALL or accept tips from guests (NO TIP JARS ALLOWED).

    18. [TEEN EVENTS] The BANQUET HALL does not condone underage drinking or drug use (including marijuana) and have a zero tolerance for this type of behavior. Without warning, the BANQUET HALL will inform the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department if a minor is in possession of alcohol or drugs inside or on the property of the BANQUET HALL. The RENTER will be held fully responsible for this criminal offense.

    19. [NO STAGE ACCESS TO RENTER] The RENTER and/or guests will not have any access to the stage for any reason. The stage is reserved for the sole usage of the BANQUET HALL DJs.

    20. [ASSIGNED PRO DJ] A Pro DJ from the BANQUET HALL will be assigned to the event. The DJ will play popular songs from the music genres selected by the RENTER and take a “LIMITED” amount of music requests from the guests. The satisfaction of the DJ service being provided is selective, and in no way, can be used as a claim of dissatisfaction in the service provided or the overall rental in general. 

    21. [PHOTO BOOTH VENDORS] The BANQUET HALL does NOT allow outside Photo Booths or Photo Booth vendors (including 360 photo booths). If the RENTER wants a Photo Booth, the RENTER will be required to purchase our High Roller Package, which includes a Photo Booth.

    c.) I understand and agree that I will be prosecuted for FRAUD in the event I submit a fraudulent credit/debit card chargeback claim, which I will be stealing services from the COMPANY. I understand that the COMPANY will also pursue me for lost profits for disruption in the COMPANY's business operation, administration time for gathering evidence and dealing with the case from start to end, and Attorney's fees.
