This is a secured form for members of the military to request peer or legal support to explore their options in the event they have concerns about the moral, ethical, and/or legal implications of their situation.

If you are Veteran who is already out of the military looking to connect with our community please apply for membership on our website.

The information submitted through this form is secured with an encryption key and kept confidential within our small team of volunteers unless explicit consent is given to the contrary. While we are very commited to doing what we can to protect your information, please be advised that the risk of sharing anything on the internet is never zero. For example, jotform collects metadata that could potentially be used to identify individuals who submitted a request even information you actually submit is not accessible. While it's not illegal to reach out for support, we want people to be aware of all possible risk.
