Complete this Interlibrary Loan form to request books not owned by M.P. Baker Library. We are unable to request textbooks or supplemental course books. Requests require a current Student ID or local patron library card. Up to three requests can be submitted, ONE request PER FORM- (additional requests will not be processed). As the user of the requested item(s) you assume sole responsibility of any copyright clearance fees that may be incurred. A late fee of $1.00 per day is charged for each overdue item.
