Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

Use this form to start a return with Chef Works. Please provide the following information to obtain a Return Authorization number. Once your RMA request is received it will be reviewed within 48 business hours and a communication with next steps will be sent to the email address provided.
Chef Works prides itself on providing unrivaled product quality and innovation. We are happy to accept returns on products that are non-embroidered, non-altered, or unused, within 30 days of the purchase date. Additional conditions may apply.

• No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) number
• Items with embroidery, personalization, alterations, worn, laundered, damaged, discontinued, odors, stains or other markings, pet hair, and special ordered are not returnable
• Items must be in a resalable condition with original tags and packaging
• The Return Authorization (RMA) number is only valid for 30 days and must be written boldly on the outside of the package. Without a visible RMA number, the package may be refused upon delivery to Chef Works
• Shoe returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• If returning shoes or an item that was received damaged, upload photos below to show condition of items being returned. *Shoes must be in unworn, new condition, with undamaged packaging.
