    Main Idea: We stand up under persecution by being committed to our sovereign Lord, committed to the body of Christ & committed to our mission in the world.

  • 1. To Our God: By being committed to our      God. (v. 24-28)

    • By praising &      to our faithful God who is mighty & has inexhaustible resources. (v. 24a, 31)
    • By      that God is sovereign over evil & suffering. (v. 24b-28, Ps 2:1-2)


    2. To God’s People: By being committed to the      people. (v. 23, 32-35)
