By registering for a class with Chaland's All Dogs Academy, LLC (CADA) you agree to the following: _______ Your registration is for the specific class which you are enrolling for and cannot be transferred to another person or another class. _______ You have 1 week after the last lesson date to complete any remaining homework, at which time the course will be locked and you will not receive credit for any incomplete lessons. No refunds will be made for incomplete lessons. _______ CADA reserves the right to dismiss any clients that fail to comply with the training or behavior modification program or who behave in a neglectful or abusive manner to their dog. In the event of dismissal, no refund for the training package is given. _______ You are responsible for your dog, your dog's behavior, and your dog's training and CADA. CADA does not assume any liability of any injury or damage resulting from the action of your dog, and you expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training session or any other related function of CADA or a CADA class. You hereby agree to assume all responsibility for any damage caused by careless behavior on the part of your dog or yourself. _______ If CADA dismisses a dog from training due to aggression or the need for additional behavior modification, CADA will provide a referral to a qualified behaviorist near the client. *
