The mandate of the IBEW 37 Union Development and Promotion Fund is to focus on the betterment of members and their families with respect to physical activity, comradery, and promotional events.

Examples are, but not limited to: sport tournaments, wellness clinics, walking clubs, IBEW teams in community events (Relay for Life, Run for the Cure) family fun days, BBQs, etc.
