This Contract is between Chaland's All Dogs Academy LLC (CADA)and the dog owner or owner's agent. All dogs are boarded, or are otherwise handled or cared for, by CADA staff without liability on CADA’s part for loss, or damage from disease, theft, fire, death, escape, injury, or harm to persons, other dogs, or property by said dog(s), or for other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised. If the dog(s) become ill, or if the state of the animal’s health otherwise requires professional attention, we will make every attempt to notify the owners. If the owner does not immediately inform CADA regarding measures to be taken, or if the state of the dog’s health requires quick action, we reserve the right to call a veterinarian or administer medicine or give advisable attention within the discretion of CADA. Such expenses being reasonable in amount shall be promptly paid by owner. Pet owners acknowledge and agree that his/her dog may encounter and be permitted to interact and play with other dogs and with CADA staff members. Pet owners acknowledge that when dogs play in groups that nicks, bites, or scratches, may occur. Owners further acknowledge that animals are unpredictable and that there is a possibility of injury or death to the pet or to another animal or person. No boarding animal will be released until all charges are paid in full. Owner or his agent, shall remain liable for complete boarding bill as well as all other charges incurred in the care and maintenance of said animal(s). Female dogs will not be permitted to board if in heat. We strive to be a flea free facility. If we find fleas on your dog, we will give a CAPSTAR to your pet to kill the fleas at owner's expense. This is to help prevent fleas from spreading to our other furry friends in our facility. If dogs damage kennel property, owner or agent may be charged for damages incurred. It is understood by kennel and pets owner, or his agent that all provisions of this contract shall be binding upon both parties for this visit and for all subsequent visits.
