How to submit a proper color match selfie:

Your selfie must be taken indoors, not outdoors or in your car.

You must be standing 2-3' from a fully facing bright window with indirect light.

No makeup

Eyes open and hair pulled away from face

Camera raised to eye level

Make sure no additional lighting and other windows exist

No shadows across your face or body anywhere

Wear a white shirt or very light in color. Tops with color can cast color into your skintone which could altar your skintone and affect your color match.
