Match Officials will be appointed by FFNC for friendly/trial fixtures within the zone, where possible to do so.

When match officials are appointed, payments are to be made in CASH ON THE DAY for FRIENDLY/TRIAL FIXTURES. Generally match official payments are split between both participating teams, however ultimately it is the responsibility of the HOME club to pay match officials on the day.

Important Information
For friendlies/trial games where a "club" referee is arranged, clubs must ensure that individuals who are sourced to officiate are suitable for the relevant fixture. Centre referees for SENIOR fixtures must be at least 18 years of age.

MATCH OFFICIALS

In relation to friendlies played in FFNC, Match Officials are to be paid in cash on the day of the friendly / trial game, by participating clubs at rates applicable per the FFNC Match Officials Fee Schedule.

These fees are generally split between each participating club, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the HOME club to ensure that match officials receive the full cash payment due to them on the day of each trial.
