步驟 3: 接收已維修好的產品

STEP 3: Receive Repaired Unit

當我們收到客人退件後會於4個工作天內檢查有關產品, 並會把已維修好的產品以速遞方式寄送給客人 (涉及有關運費將會由Tommee Tippee 一方支付)

客人將會於8個工作天內收到已維修好的產品。

*留意*如該產品的電器部份經檢查後發現是正常運作而無須維修, 或只是因配件出現問題而無法正常運作, 客人需要親臨Tommee Tippee 辦公室取回產品或我們可以安排以速遞方式寄送給客人 (涉及有關運費須由客人一方支付)

請填寫以下收件資料方便我們寄送貨件。

We will check your returned unit within 4 working days and return the repaired unit to you by couier within 8 working days.

Delivery cost will paid by Tommee Tippee HK.

*ATTENTION* If the unit is funtional well, or unable to work normally due to the problem with the accessory, customer need to visit our office to collect back the unit, or we can arrange couier to return the unit (Delivery cost will paid by customer.)
