Doggie Daycare Temperament Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in joining Bone Jour's Doggie Daycare Program. We have two different dog play groups:

The Mighty Tiny's - MT's group is a play group of smaller to medium sized dogs. Though smaller in size, they are an energetic bunch and cover a lot of area during the day. You will find Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Corgi, Beagles, Mini Doodles, etc. mostly in this group. We do have some medium/large dogs who are older or have gentle play styles that can attend, but they are admitted on a case by case basis.

The Furricanes - This play group is for dogs who are medium to larger sized breeds of dogs. In this group, we have Labs, Goldens, Doodles, Border Collies, Hounds, etc. . Like the MT's, some smaller breeds who have exhibited more active play styles are allowed to join. Again, adding them to the mix is done on a care by case basis.

This questionnaire is designed to find out about you and your dog for the purpose of joining one of our play groups. Once you have completed it, we can set up an appointment for a Temperment Test where we will take your dog through some steps to determine if he/she is a good fit for group play. IMPORTANT Please indicate below whether your dog has been spayed or neutered. Adult dogs must be spayed or neutered to be considered for a Temperament Test. Puppies who are up to date on their vaccines and who are under 7 months can be considered. After 7 months, they will need to be altered in order to attend daycare for safety reasons.
