Students who choose to register to make use of the Student Boardroom, Brennan Hall 115b must read and agree to the following:

1. Students must register in advance using this form

2. We ask that you refrain from booking more than 3 hours at a time in order to allow time for other students wishing to use the Room.

3. Students must respect the space, if garbage is left behind or furniture is damaged, students may incur charges to their ACORN account.

4. Please return all furniture to it's original orientation at the end of your booking.
