We will be conducting check in between 7-10am.

NEW To help with the flow of check in, we will be breaking our three hour checkin into three time frames: 7-8am 8-9am 9-10am

*Your pet's arrival time does affect the time at which your pet will be ready for pickup. Be sure that the timeframe that you have selected will work in regard to the time that you would like to pickup.

Note: We start grooming at 8am. We are open early to help meet the needs of clients who require early drop off.
GROOMING INSTRUCTIONS

I am aware of my pet having matted hair in some areas. I understand that some matting is expected and will wait to hear from you on what the best solution will be for removal. I would just like for my dog to have a good bath and clean up today. I would like to have my dog’s teeth brushed today during his/her bath. Other
I would like for my pet to receive a full grooming that includes a haircut. I will go over the style at checkin, but want you to be aware of the following:

When it is time for me to come and pick up my pet, I would like to pay my bill in the following way:
