Cooperative Agent agreement to participate in the OPCITY Program
This agreement (“Agreement”) between the real estate agent and Referring Broker “Allison James Estates and Homes”
“Referral” means a consumer that is interested in real estate and is referred by Opcity to Broker for the purpose of a real estate transaction.
By participating in the Network, Broker agrees:
1. To be bound by this Agreement
2. Agent is not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement
3. Agents are and will remain in compliance with this Agreement
4. This Agreement will be valid until either Broker or Agent terminates it.
5. If the Agreement is terminated, agent agrees to pay referring broker any and all fees due under all agreements upon closing of any Referral that referring broker and OpCity has provided agent prior to the termination of the Agreement. Agent further agrees, to make all payments to OpCity for any and all referrals due from leads received for a period of 24 months from the date of termination and hold Broker harmless from any and all payments or referral fees due to OpCity.
6. ALL AGENTS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE OPCITY PROGRAM AGREE TO A 5% REFERRAL FEE TO “REFERRING BROKER” as well as the REFERRAL TO OPCITY as set forth below.
Fees are broken down as such and must be input into the commission tab in SkySlope on EVERY OPCITY closing:
- Allison James Estates and Homes Fees paid as normal prior to any deductions
- OPCITY to receive a 35% referral fee (Sale Price over $150,000)
- OPCITY to receive a 30% referral fee (Sale Price under $150,000)
- Referring Broker to receive a 5% referral fee
*OPCITY Referral fee subject to change if referral is part of the Client Rewards' or 'Platinum' Program
