Reminder: If you have not been in for suggested maintenance on your current color, there may be additonal product charges to your service for your goal to be achieved. Rest assured, this will always be communicated before we proceed!
Cancellation Policy

As of January 1st, 2021 all guests will be required to have a card on file. Please respect my time as I do yours. There will be no action taken on your card unless the following occur:
1. If you must do so, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your base service.

ex: If you cancel your $65 grey coverage appointment, your card will be chared $32.50.

2. No showing appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment. If you do not show up to your $65 grey coverage appointment, your card will automatically be charged $65.

3. Adjusting services: Guests are booked for time according to the services scheduled. Guests altering services within one week of the scheduled appointment time to decrease services rendered (ex:opting for a tone + treat when a classic blonding session service has been reserved) will still be charged the full service booked. Please adjust your services in advance.
