MONTHLY PARKING AGREEMENT

Please read the parking agreement below. By accepting this agreement you are digitally signing and accepting all the terms and conditions.

This Contract Limits our Liability - Please Read it Carefully

PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS:

PARKING AGREEMENT: This parking agreement allows the LICENSEE (vehicle owner) to park one (1) vehicle at the Embassy Suites Waikiki parking garage. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE. Elite Parking Services, LLC, Embassy Suites Waikiki and affiliated management, staff and/or representatives are not responsible for any damage due to but not limited to fire, flood, theft, collision, loss of vehicle, and/or articles left inside of vehicle. All such risks are assumed by the owner/operator of the vehicle. All registered vehicles are expected to enter and exit on a daily basis. Absolutely no unauthorized overnight or long term parking is allowed. Vehicles that are not parked in the designated stalls will get towed.

It is the responsibility of the monthly parker to maintain current vehicle registration, safety check and insurance with the City and County of Honolulu. Vehicles with expired tags will be issued a one-time warning citation and the parker will have 72 hours to update the vehicle’s information. If not, the vehicle will be deemed as an “Abandoned Vehicle” and will be removed from the parking structure.

Failure to adhere to this parking agreement may constitute possible removal of your vehicle from property at the owner/operator’s expense, as well as, termination of your parking privileges. Citations will be issued to parkers that violate the parking rules and regulations and will be charged a violation fee.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Please observe 5 MPH speed limit when driving through garage. Be alert to pedestrians walking through the garage. Do not leave any valuables in car and remember to always lock you vehicle.

PAYMENT: Payments are due by the 7th of each month and must be given to the Parking Manager. Make checks payable to Elite Parking Services. There will be no substitutions, vacation credit, or prorated charges. Return check charge is $25.00. Each parker must pay $250.00 for one (1) clicker and one (1) hang tag. Deposit fee and 1st month payment must be accompanied with your completed registration form. In the event you decide to cancel your parking, your refundable deposit will be mailed to the address listed above, thirty (30) days after you have returned your hangtag and clicker (in working condition). Additional 5% charge for all automatic credit card payments.

LATE PAYMENTS: Payments made after the 7th, will be assessed a $25.00 late fee charge. If payment is not received by the 7th of the month, Elite Parking Services hereby reserves the right, without notice, to terminate your parking privileges and or deny access.

RESTRICTED PARKING STALLS: Any parking stall designated “Reserved” is off limits to anyone but the assigned owner of that stall. Unauthorized vehicles found parked in a restricted space are subject to towing at the vehicles owner’s expense.

OVERNIGHT PARKING: Vehicles may NOT be stored in the parking facility. Any vehicles left in the parking garage in excess of 24 hours are subject to towing at vehicle owner’s expense. In the event of an emergency whereby a vehicle must remain in the parking garage for more than 24 hours, prior written approval must be obtained from the parking manager

PARKING CANCELLATIONS: To cancel monthly parking, parker must submit an online cancellation request.

PARKING HANG TAGS: When approved for parking, you will be assigned a parking hangtag, one (1) hangtag per agreement. The parking hangtag indicates the type of stall you are assigned. Hangtags should be hung on the rear view mirror or placed on the front windshield (lower left side) of the vehicle. Hangtags should only be placed on vehicle listed below. Vehicles with no visible hangtags will be in violation and may be towed away at owner’s expense. If your hang tag is lost and you need a replacement, there is a $25.00 replacement fee.

This agreement licenses holder to park one automobile in the parking facility stated below. Only rental space license guarantee, and no bailment is created. The management shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss to said automobile or any other article left in it. This contract is cancelable in ten (10) days by either party. This constitutes the entire contract, and customer, by signing, acknowledges receipt of a copy hereof and acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to abide by the foregoing and by the rules and regulations of the Elite parking facility.

ORDERING VALIDATIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION
- All validations are sold in books of 100
- Sheets of validations are individually numbered
- No returns or exchanges of unused validations allowed
- Only authorized individuals are allowed to order validations. If you are not authorized, we will have to confirm with your company prior to order being completed
VALIDATION FULFILLMENT
- Delivery of validations are only done on TUESDAY and THURSDAY during normal office hours
- Validation orders must be received by 9AM THE DAY PRIOR, or they will not be ready until the next fulfillment day
- Validations are made to order each time

- Only CHECK or CREDIT CARD payments will be accepted
- Payment will be required upon delivery
