Phoenix National Business Group Productions will promote your book through online programs, collaborative writers blog, online book signing events, locally televised programs, email marketing, and text marketing venues. We provide these services within our book club.

Payment Schedule/Refunds

All monthly payments are due during the first week of every month between the 1st and the 7th. Annual payments are pro-rated and are due by the 15th of January every year. Late fees ($25 Dollars) apply over the 5 day grace period on every agreement. There are no refunds to partnership/membership payments or corporate services payments. Sponsor can receive a partial refund after 7 days and no refund after 14 days.
Change of Arrangements

All change orders must be in writing and signed by all the parties. The client/partner/sponsor agrees that changes to the finished agreed upon product may result in extra charges and/or fees . The client/partner/sponsor agrees that either of them may sign a change order, and that signature will be binding on both.

Phoenix National Business Group, LLC. reserves the right to use all materials obtained during the term of the service agreement for marketing or any legal company use. Personal information will not be sold or bartered upon. All percentages of commissions agreed upon at the start of all agreements will remain until the limit of commissions are reach.Unique Online Program/Show Production– Thank you for agreeing to join us on one of our unique online pro-ductions. Participants are an independent entity which mean that a 1099 form will be distributed to you for tax purposes for any funds given to you by Phoenix National Business Group, LLC.
