  • Amy Bleak

Amy Bleak graduated from the University of Utah DNP program in 2017.  During her career in healthcare she has worked in various settings including Emergency, Oncology, Intensive Care, SANE, and as a flight nurse.  After completing her DNP, she began working in Occupational Medicine at the Cedar City Workmed Clinic.

Amy grew up in a political family and is very familiar with the government arena.  Amy is interested in helping Nurse Practitioners receive full practicing authority without restrictions.  As the UNP President-Elect, Amy would work with legislators to ensure that this goal comes to fruition.

Amy has been married to her husband Mike for 25 years. They have 3 children; Brock, Kason, and Kylie.

  • Natalie Organ

My name is Natalie Organ. I am a family nurse practitioner who specializes in addiction medicine. I currently work in an outpatient setting with patients who suffer from opioid use disorder. I follow a plant-based diet and strive to incorporate healthy eating habits and stress management into my patients' treatment plans for the best health outcome results. I am in the process of starting a lifestyle medicine clinic for athletes and people interested in learning about whole food, plant-based diets.

I would love to serve on the UNP Board as the Technology Liaison. I am passionate about educating other NPs and helping bridge the gap between clinic practice and policy.

I have experience working with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I currently serve as an administrator for a Facebook specialty group of nurse practitioners who are interested in obesity management. I would ensure the information posted on media platforms was current and relevant to the needs of my fellow NPs.

  • Nicholas Stucki

While going to school, my previous work experience includes working in critical care for the hospital and as a dialysis nurse. Although I loved being a nurse at the hospital my goal was to serve the community as a nurse practitioner. After graduating as a nurse practitioner my plan was to further my learning and be a strong advocate for my profession.

Working on the UNP Board as the Technology Liaison will help fulfill those goals. I have been a nurse practitioner for 5 years and in that time I have learned to gain some balance in life.

I’m married to my wife Renae and have three kids. I enjoy spending time with my family which includes watching and coaching my kids play sports, camping, traveling, and snow skiing.
