Please remember we require half a terms notice from the beginning of a term to cancel a session or club. If you are cancelling a session your child has not started yet, this will require 6 weeks notice from the date the new session was due to start.
Please state the reason for you cancelling these sessions. If you have a complaint about the nursery, please contact the manager directly or fill in a complaint form which can be found on the website
