By submitting this volunteering request application, I acknowledge that I volunteer my services for Yanni Animal Welfare Association and acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary and against no payment , material payback or any kind of special privileges at the association. I am aware that by participating in volunteer work I may be exposed to personal injury and damage to my property as a result of my activities or the surrounding environmental conditions. With full knowledge and understanding, I agree to not ask Yanni Animal Welfare Society for any compensation or injury requirements arising from my volunteering work. I pledge to practice the work that is only assigned by the association with their knowledge and not anything else on my own choice , I also commit to properly represent the Yanni Animal Welfare association by displaying good work ethic and following volunteering instructions as given by the volunteering program coordinator.
