    Equipment Requirements: With most workouts, you won't need more than a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells (minimum 5-10lbs). Note: You will get better results by challenging yourself with heavier weights. We have resistance band and mini-band workouts, too! Have them available to join in. Next...
