• School and Youth Group Field Trip Request

    If you are interested in learning more about our school and youth programming or would like to plan a visit, please provide the following details and one of our associates will contact you to discuss the options.

  • May 29, 2023 to September 17, 2023 is Summer Break at the DAM and only self-led tours are available during this time.  Our regular school/youth programming (workshops & tours) is available for booking starting in August. Thank you for your understanding.

    Please enter the full name of your school or organization along with the address and a phone number. We also ask that you list a phone number and email address for the teacher or primary contact. This information is required in the event we need to contact you regarding your visit.
  • Visit Information

  • Chaperone requirements vary based on ages/grade level. These are the minimum numbers and we happily welcome more chaperones. Our chaperones provide the necessary support to students in addition to keeping them safe.

  • Workshops are in an OPEN STUDIO format and lengths will vary depending on additional programming in your itinerary. (ie. guided tours) 

  • If you are planning two or more activities, we encourage allowing time for a brief lunch. We have indoor and outdoor spaces available for your group to enjoy their lunches.

  • Accessibility

    We seek to design visits that meet the needs of students of all abilities; therefore it is important for us to ask a few questions:
  • Our team can support Spanish bilingual needs for orientation and workshops but for guided tours and other languages, we need at least a minimum of 3 weeks' notice to obtain an interpreter. We will do our best to accommodate language needs but cannot guarantee support.
