Photo Booth side: Unlimited photos with printouts, Instant email and text messgae sharing, custom photo template, props to match theme, online gallery, color and black/white option during event, photo booth specialist attendance. Social Booth: GIFs and Boomerangs, Instant email and text message sharing, customize photo overlay.**NO PRINTS**

CUSTOMER/CLIENT AGREEMENT 
 
The following contact and terms will set fourth an agreement Between BLACKTIE PHOTO BOOTH EVENT and [CLIENT], for photo booth services for an event taking place at SEE THE ADDRESS ABOVE [VENUE]. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreement between the parties.
 
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE reservation deposit of client’s photo booth/digital booth and/or flower wall is due upon the signing of this contract. Reservation deposit MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE, the contract does not take affect until the deposit is made. If the reservation deposit isn't made within alloted time frame listed above, BlackTie Photo Booth Event will forfeit client’s agreement date of service. Without preliminary notification to clients event, BlackTie Photo Booth Event will not be held responsible for any forfeit notification. If deposit Isn't received by date set forth, the reservation deposit deadline will immediately take into effect without written approval/signature of client. Client reservations requested within 10 DAYS or LESS of the client’s event will require 100% FULL PAYMENT and is due ONE WEEK or LESS prior to client’s event.
 
FINAL PAYMENT/SERVICE GRAUITY: Please note, FINAL PAYMENT must be Received 10 days prior to Client’s event, if final payments are NOT received by the date or within one week or less (for clients booking within two weeks or less of client event) BlackTie Photo Booth Event with not perform service on client date of service and will not be held reliable.  The final payment deadline will immediately take into effect without written approval/signature of client. Service gratuity is optional and greatly appreciated. 
 
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER’S EQUIPMENT: Client acknowledge that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to BlackTie Photo Booth Event caused by any misuse of photobooth by client or its guest. Any damages will be invoiced to the client. 
 
PHOTO USAGE: All guest hereby gives BlackTie Photo Booth Event the right and permission to copyright and use, Photographic portraits or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made though any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade or any other purpose. In addition, I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless BlackTie Photo Booth Event, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
 
CANCELLATIONS/DATE AND BOOKING CHANGES: Please be advised in the case of cancellation by the client. Deposits are non-refundable, nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for credit. All cancellations and date change are to be requested in writing for the consideration of BlackTie Photo Booth Event. Approval of date changes will be subject to BlackTie Photo Booth Event discretion.
