This form is a request for permission to use copyrighted material from TEACH Services, Inc. for use in a new project hereafter referred to as "work". All requests are subject to the Publisher's approval. Please note that permission will only be granted if all copy from the original work, including headlines and body text, appears or is recorded exactly as it was in its original form from TEACH Servics, Inc. No editorial alterations or changes are allowed without specific written permission. A separate request form must be made for each work you wish to use. This will cancel the Publishing Agreement with TEACH Services for the continued publishing of my book after the current inventory is exhaused.

Change the distribution terms:

Most books are published as Exclusive with TEACH Services as the only one printing your title. In some cases an Author may find it necessary for multiple publishers to produce a title. Changing to Non-Exclusive is necessary for the other publisher(s) to lawfully produce copies. The royality rates of Non-Exclusive distribution is 50% of the Excluisive rates. This drop in rates is due to our advertising costs now may not result in a sale from us but from another publisher. If a copy of the files for your book are desired, we can unarchive them and send to you for $55 via eMail or $75 via postal Priority Mail.

Like you, TEACH Services has invested both time and money in producing and marketing this book, and still feel the same way about this important literary work.

Did you know that should an older title go out of print you can ask to have it relisted through our new system (since 2010) making your title available again through any of our twenty locations around the world including six domestic locations (CA, GA, NJ, OH, PA, and TN) and fourteen international locations (Austrialia, Brazil, China, England, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Poland, Russia, South Korea, Spain, and United Arabic Emirates)?

In addition your title will then be listed with most online and brick-and-motar locations such as: Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Books-A-Million, and many more!

The cost to bring it back into print since 2010 is quite small and would make your title available to over 40,000 bookstores and libraries in 220 countries. We would then ship from the best location based on speed or shipping costs.

Additionaly, all titles can be promoted to over 185,000 Adventist through our magazine RMM (Resource Ministry Magazine).
