I commission SOMETHING BLUE PHOTO to create portraits as indicated above and have included payment for said order with this order sheet.  I understand that SOMETHING BLUE PHOTO reserves the right to use or reproduce for display, publication or other marketing purposes.  SOMETHING BLUE PHOTO will only do so with your written permission.

All images and previews are under copyright protection. They may not be downloaded, copied, printed or scanned for electronic use or be reproduced in any manner without express written consent by way of a Copyright Release from SOMETHING BLUE PHOTO. The low resolution images that are in your proof gallery may not be copied, printed, scanned for electronic use or reproduced in any manner by yourself or any other party without express written consent by way of a Copyright Release from SOMETHING BLUE PHOTO. Usage Licenses and/or High Resolution files may be purchased for a separate fee. Please contact SOMETHING BLUE PHOTO if you are interested in this option. Please be sure you understand the copyright information presented to you. Failure to comply will result in legal fines up to $150,000.00 per offense.
