Carmel Travel Company, LLC provides travel planning services for the fees listed below or as negotiated by your travel agent.  Once below fee(s) are paid in full, Carmel Travel Company will secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. These fee(s) are separate from the cost of your trip and are, in most cases, non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Service Fee Structure:

• Planning Fee / Initial Consultation Fee: As Determined by Trip & Your Travel Consultant:  $ TBD
  • Planning Fee Examples:
    • $300 minimum for 2 person trips
    • $125 per person for ala carte trips or $750 per family for trips that cost up to $4,999
    • $200 per person for ala carte trips or $1,200 per family for trips that cost $5,000+
    • Group Planning Fees TBD by Trip & Your Travel Consultant:  $ TBD

• Domestic Air Ticketing or Change Fee, per person: $100.00
• International Air Ticketing Fee or Change, per person: $100.00

• Frequent Flyer/ Award Booking Fee Domestic, per person: $100.00
• Frequent Flyer / Award Booking Fee International, per person: $100.00

• Cancellation Fees
  • $200 per person Trip Cancellation Fee for Package Trips up to $4,999*
  • $300 per person Trip Cancellation Fee for Package Trips $5,000*

  • $250 for trips up to $4,999*
  • $500 for trips $5,000+*
