Azure Rooths is an expert trainer, facilitator, and transformational coach. With over 25 years in organizational leadership; she has proven success in leading people and managing projects. Over the past 3 years, she and her husband have effectively parented over 32 males within the mental health/adjudicated arena by utilizing a treatment model of Trauma-Informed Care in a residential care facility located in Wisconsin.
As Youth Homes Manager, she is tasked with helping residents manage academic needs, family challenges, mental health disorders, criminal thinking, and therapeutic needs daily. In addition to helping residents mediate these challenges, she enjoys helping her staff mitigate their own life challenges that often hinder effective care of those they are called to serve. The latter issue has prompted her to identify the topic of her dissertation defense, Unaddressed Trauma Types in Employees, and its Impact on Employee Well-Being and Employee Performance within a Residential Facility.
Her professional experiences include educator, case manager, family therapist, director, college & career prep advisor, trainer within the prison systems, diversity consultant, and life coach. Azure is committed to enhance, empower, and develop leaders. Her vision is to motivate individuals to create a life of an M.V.P, a life of mission, vision, and purpose."
