Exchange Detroit is a new construction, 16-story residential tower on a brownfield site. Tower programming includes 153 residential rental units, 12 for-sale condominiums, ground-level rental office suite space, and in-demand building amenities, totaling 166,000 square feet. The site is bounded by Gratiot, Brush, and Macomb and serves as a gateway to the Greektown neighborhood. Exchange Detroit will be constructed using LIFTbuild technology.
