Use this form for all changes to your book's metadata EXCEPT for price changes (for price changes, please see our Price Change Request Form on your Author Dashboard). Please note, due to the heavy volume of metadata change requests we receive every day, it may take up to 5 business days for your changes to be implemented across all online retailers.

Revisions for Interior or Cover Files

We'd be happy to make changes! Please note that there are revision fees associated with revising and exporting the new files.
- Interior revisions: $2.50 per revision
- eBook file redo: $50 flat fee
- Cover revisions: $25 per format
If you have interior revisions, make sure you've filled out the print interior revision sheet.

Then complete our quick Approval/Rejection form to reject the file(s) with revisions. The design team will make the changes and send you the new file once it's ready.

Please note: Bublish cannot make changes to files we did not create! If we didn't create your book files, please reach out to your cover/interior designer to execute the changes.
Important note for authors who are running a preorder campaign:

If you are running a preorder, please be advised that Ingram recommends uploading the correct and final files that you expect to be sent to customers 30 days ahead of your launch date. However, Ingram may begin printing your book in anticipation of your launch date as soon as it is uploaded for preorder.

Additionally, replacing print files during preorder may disrupt your book's product page. Bublish does not have any control over Ingram and Amazon’s internal workflows in these instances. We recommend waiting until after your book's launch date to submit new book files.

Upload for all formats that need to be replaced (pdf/epub/mobi/jpeg/jpg only). PLEASE NOTE that it can take 3-5 business days for your new files to go live on all retailers. If your file will not upload, please reach out to distribution@bublish.com for further instruction. If you plan on ordering print books, please contact distribution@bublish.com to request a digital proof of your updated file(s) before placing your book order.

Add/Remove Categories*
NOTE: Categories vary between the Amazon Book Store and Kindle Store. For requests, please ensure the category is available for the type of book you’re updating. The Amazon Book Store applies to paperbacks. The Kindle Store applies to eBooks. Each book format can only have three categories, so please do not add more than three categories per format. These categories will replace the categories that your book format is currently listed under.

A+ Content

Enhance your book’s product page with professionally designed A+ Content, including custom images and curated text layouts. Basic A+ Content has been shown to boost sales by up to 8%.

A+ Content appears in the “From the Publisher” section of your Amazon product page. The creation process takes approximately 7 business days, after which you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the design before it’s submitted to Amazon. Once submitted by our team, content that is in compliance with Amazon's A+ Content Guidelines typically appears on your page within 8 business days. If any changes are required, we’ll notify you via email with next steps.

PLEASE NOTE: This service is currently available only to authors whose books are in active distribution on Amazon with Bublish. If your book meets this criteria, please upload your A+ Content images below. If you do not have A+ Content images, Bublish can create them for a fee.
