    Employees must commit to being available on all days and weekends, unless specifically exempted at the time of employment. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we are in the service industry and must ensure our guests' needs are met. Priority in scheduling will be based on ability, availability, and flexibility. Except for sickness and emergencies, you are expected to work as scheduled. Watermark is a seasonal business, dependent on temperature and weather. Scheduled tours, cruises, and private events may vary based on the weather. You may be required to work days and evenings. Our goal is to schedule a minimum of two weeks in advance, but the nature of our business is such that we often have to add or delete days or hours on short notice. There are also times when we need to extend hours to accommodate the needs of our guests.
