    Guidelines

    1. Applications can be submitted after November 10, 2020. Grants are for the 2020-21 school year only.
    2. Grants can range from $301-$2500.  They must be used in the current academic year.
    3. Grants are for educational activities that result from COVID-based learning models.
    4. Applicants will need to complete a budget form and upload in the area designated below. It is a good idea to download the form now, rename it, and save it to your computer. The form can be found at  https://www.falmoutheducationfnd.org/forms.html
    5. Grants are only made to employees of the Falmouth School District.
    6. Grants are only for activities that do not require any parental/guardian funding.
    7. Teachers in grades 7-12 will need to get approval from their department head as well as their principal. Others need only to receive support from their principal.
    8. Please complete the fields below and press submit once . You are submitting an application each time you press submit. Once you submit a form, however, you will be given an "edit" link so you will be able to revise it if necessary.
    9. Please make sure that you submitted an assessment report on any prior TOF grants before requesting a new grant.

    1.Download the form if you have not done so already. This is the link to the 'Forms' page on the FEF website: FEF Forms Page

    2. Save the budget form to your computer with the name of your project (e.g., icreate.docx).

    3. Complete the form.

    4. Upload the form to the space below by clicking the "Browse Files" button to browse your computer. Once uploaded, the file name will be displayed below.
