AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Trial Days & Portrait Days: Portrait days & trial days will be booked upon availability. Please be advised that most of our team stays booked as much as a month or more in advance. Any services booked outside of our normal working hours will incur an added overtime fee equal to the service charge.
Photographer/Videographer: Due to limited space, only one Photographer OR Videographer may be present in the salon on wedding day.
Beverage & Food: As a guest of the salon, the following is always available to you: Wine, Beer, Coffee, Tea & Water. *Mimosas served for in-house wedding parties of 4 or more upon request. No food is allowed to be brought in for wedding parties.
Spa Services: Please feel free to add any spa services for you and/or your wedding party at any time (subject to availability).
Booking: Upon deposit payment, all reservations will be made upon availability. Should services need to be done outside of the service provider's normal working schedule, the fee for those particular services will reflect double the cost as an overtime fee. Please contact our Operations Manager with any questions, additions, payments, etc.
Cancellations: Should any or all reservations be cancelled after contract sign date, the following will occur:
Cancellation more than 30 days in advance = Full Refund
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance = $0 Refund
Late Policy: Should wedding party members arrive late, Rain reserves the right to only complete services that are capable of being done in the time reserved. All payment for services that cannot be completed because of tardiness will be forfeited by the responsible party.
Payments: 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking of all reservations.
Add-on Services: Services added after initial booking day and before wedding day will require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
Remaining Balance: Balance is to be paid in full 30 days prior to event day, otherwise reservations may be cancelled.
Day of Fees: Should there be a need for add-on services the day of, these will be paid the day of the event as needed (services upon availability)
Natural Disasters: In the event that a natural disaster occurs on event day, Rain reserves the right to cancel if team safety is in question and/or if there are warnings against travel, etc. Should this happen, 100% of the cancelled services will be refunded.
Team Member Emergencies: Should a team member experience an emergency or last minute illness making it impossible for them to work on that day, the Rain team will do everything within our power to accomodate the services booked. However, because we rely on people to perform services, if it is impossible that we are able to fulfill those services, 100% of the fees for the services not able to be performed will be refunded.
