  • The Dignity and Power Now (DPN) Health and Wellness Team has a handful of offerings to support people impacted by state sanctioned violence. The impacts of incarceration are lasting. Recent uprisings have seen a rise in folks being arrested and experiencing physical and/or mental distress. For that reason, we want these services and resources to be available to those who are in need of healing.

Due to COVID-19 and the need to prevent the spread of the virus, most of our offerings have been adapted to be available online.

We will assess the responses from this survey and do our best to connect you with the appropriate healer. We will be centering Black/Indigenous/People of Color at this time and will do our best to link all respondents with a service provider. For a description of the healing services offered, please follow this link.

You should hear back about scheduling a session within 2 weeks. You will have approximately 5 sessions, depending on the service you are interested in. If you have any questions about this program, please send us an email to communitycarehealingservices@protonmail.com.

    In solidarity,

    DPN Health and Wellness Team

  • What is Healing Justice?

Healing Justice is a framework that identifies how we can holistically respond to and intervene on intergenerational trauma and violence, and to bring collective practices that can impact and transform the consequences of oppression on our collective bodies, hearts and minds. — Cara Page
