Studio Booth Info:
Booths are 2.5m x 2.5m. The spaces are divided by purpose built partition walls. The booths are part of a space that is home to a community co-working spaces as well as The Good Shop. Due to the communal nature of the space as a whole and the size of the studio booths we can not accomodate the use of oil paints and pottery.
Hire Fees:
(Max studio stay x3 months) Weekly rate: $50. Three month stay $650. Fees include 24/7 access and access to kitchen facilities. Access to New Hall can be arranged for the development of projects or large scale works.

Bond
A refundable $100 bond is required to secure your studio. Bond is due 14 days before studio residency begins and will be returned at the end of your studio residency.
Cancellation
We request that you notify in writing, two weeks in advance if you wish to cancel your studio residency. The $100 bond is non-refundable if occupancy is broken without 2 week notice, or if there is damage to the property.

USE OF FACILITY GUIDELINES
All Individuals and Registered or Incorporated Organisations hiring the studios must have appropriate Insurance to cover contents of studio.
We will not compensate the hirer for any losses of any goods or equipment or consequential losses arising out of the damage or loss of The Hirer’s equipment.
It is the responsibility of the Studio Hirer to return the space to how it was before use e.g. if furniture has been moved or props brought in to the space.
The Studio Hirer is responsible for familiarising themselves with the Evacuation Plan on display at the hall, including the location of emergency exit doors, before commencing any activities
Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
To avoid damage to studio booths we ask that appropriate measures are taken when attaching works to walls. If you do wish to have works on walls they must not be fixed to the wall with anything that will mark, scratch or damage the surface in any way.
Smoking is not permitted within the building, hall or surrounding grounds.
Alcohol is not permitted within the building unless previously discussed.
PAYMENT TO:
Rent is payable monthly in advance. Invoices will be issued by Jan Hodge (Unitingqueenscliff). Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or EFTPOS.
