Getting kicked out of the meeting:

The main reason would be that you're probably using an outdated version of Zoom.   

You can install the latest version by clicking the following link:

Once you click on the link, it will install the most current version on top of your device's existing version.

Meeting count:

1. Logging onto the meeting with more than one device 

Please decide in advance who will submit the count for the meeting.  Example: Brother Friendly has a part, so he is logging in to his device.  Sister Friendly is logging into the meeting from the same house for herself and the 2 children.  So they have a total count for this meeting of 4.  So only one person would put in the count of 4.  The other device logging in would put a count of 0 (zero) for the meeting.

2. Rejoining the meeting after leaving or being kicked out.

Example: Brother Friendly above got kicked out for a bad internet connection.  He logs back into the same meeting; what does he do for the families count?  He would put 0 (zero) for the family count.  Because we already have his count, and if he were to put in the count of 4, we would have a total count of 8 for Brother Friendly at the end of the meeting.

3. Tie Line

Please select yes if you are on the tie line regardless if on both the Tie line and Zoom.  

Inviting others to Field Service: (Same instruction for inviting to our meeting just copy the link for all other meetings?

You will want to login to our information board.  Then right-click on the Field service Button and then you will see an option to copy the link.  This is the link you will want to copy and then you can paste it to an email, or if using a mobile device you can test the link to someone.  If you need more help please go back to this form and select the button for more help.

Why Can't I join the meeting:

1. For security concerns, we ask that you please use your real name (First and Last) When joining the meeting.  If you are using a fictitious name is more than likely the reason you are not being granted access to the meeting.
2. If you have a second device logged in the meeting and because of not disable audio on the second device or using a set of headphones you maybe cause a disruption to the meeting and therefore until the problem is corrected you will not be granted into the meeting.

Should you not be allowed access for any reason please contact your group overseer or the person who invited you to the meeting so we can get you in promptly.

It will automatically download once you click on the link; depending on your device.  If you're on a smartphone or tablet it should take you to the app store.  And if it doesn't you select from this webpage which one you want and then it will take you there.
