• LGBTQ+
Satisfaction Survey - How are you enjoying being gay/other?
  • Hello, community!  Welcome to the LGBTQ+ satisfaction survey!  Thank you for participating.  Fair warning, this survey is not all fun and games.  There could be some trigger questions or sensitive subjects, so please be aware of that (you are not required to answer these questions).  Please fill out at least one of the 'Storytime!' boxes; the more information, the better.  There are boxes to fill out where you live if you choose to give that information and suggestions for improvement in local government/community.  If valuable suggestions are offered these may be shared with community leaders to help improve LGBTQ+ acceptance.  Okay, let's get started!

(Please try to use the storytime box to let me know why/why not.)*
