Visit our beloved Santa at our POP-UP Pizza Party + toy drive event on Sunday, December 21st, at The Bistro at the River - Windsor. *Admission is $15 per child. Accompanying adults are free. This event is open to the public from 11am-3pm. Admission can be purchased at the door, or in advance. 🎅Cost is $15.00 per child (Accompanying adults are no charge) Child's admission includes: 🎄Mini-pizza (cheese, pepperoni, veggie), dessert, drink (pop, juice, bottled water), 🎄Unlimited DIY photos with our professional Santa featuring a professional backdrop design (our elf is happy to assist with photos by request), 🎄Surprises & treat from Santa🎄1 raffle ticket for the grand prize: 🎅🚗A magical limo ride with Santa. 🎄Plus.... colouring contest, activities, & plenty of holiday fun! *Additional menu items (food & beverage for adults) & raffle tickets available for purchase at the event. Proceeds from raffle funds will be allocated to help santa & his team fulfill wishlists for children & families in need this winter. One lucky family will WIN a magical limo ride with Santa! 🎅🚗❄️ Tickets are $5.00/ea. Details: Winner can invite up to 8 guests. Date of redemption is exclusively for December 23rd, 2025, for approximately 1 hour duration; pickup time T.B.D between the winner & our team. Winner will be contacted via email or phone and posted on our socials @magicmoments519. Winner will be drawn on December 22nd, 2025. Raffle tickets purchased in advance will be sent via email/text (serial numbers), with corresponding physical tickets available for pickup at the event (proof of purchase is required to pickup). Due to the nature of our services - in particular our events & direct-to-you, personalized home-experiences; varying circumstances may arise beyond our control. We make every attempt to arrive on time for scheduled timeslots, and plan routes according to distance & anticipated traffic. In the event we are running behind or ahead of schedule we will communicate with clients as promptly as possible. Please note that our services cater to children/families with a spectrum of needs; and we will never rush through our experiences. We pride ourselves in delivering top notch, fully engaging & truly memorable experiences to every client & child, and appreciate your cooperation & understanding in advance. For our direct-to-you experiencs- *Timeslots are approximate* In the event of harsh or dangerous weather conditions (pertaining to outdoor visits, indoor visits, or events), an unforseen emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose to either reschedule the visit, or switch to a customized virtual or phone option at an alternate (lesser) cost, or be issued a full refund. ➡️ Please note: Due to health, safety, & costume integrity reasons, we do not visit locations where indoor smoking of ANY kind occurs.
