The importance of joy is exploding as leaders are called to bring their whole selves so that humanity can productively co-create a better world. We've been empowering leaders for over a decade here at The Big Joy Theory and one of the critical things we've realized is how vital the power of joy is to inspire leaders and others forward.

So, we've built his micro-podcast platform to invite leaders to share their journey into joy. Whether it is an example of how joy has shown up in your life or a story about your joyful evolution, it is so important for people to hear from you!
