• We aim to serve sustainably, thus providing biodegradable packaging, reused plastics and tissue papers for every order.
• We also believe that no student should be left behind, hence donating 10% of the profit to ChildHope Philippines. They are a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian organization whose principal purpose is to advocate for the cause of street children.

1. Strictly no cancellation/refund of orders after your order has been confirmed.

2. Please be 100% sure before placing an order.

3. The buyer will be given THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS to pay for their order except those who will pay through Cash on Delivery.

4. All orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

5. The shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

6. Delay of shipment orders, loss of items, damage of parcel due to the local courier is not our responsibility, but if ever this occurs, we would gladly help and intervene.

7. For payment and shipping details, please make sure that everything written or typed is correct in terms of spelling and factuality.

8. Don't forget to immediately send the proof of payment through our Instagram/Facebook account.
