Applications must be submitted online, and all sections must be completed thoroughly.
Price quotes are estimates and may vary at the organiser's discretion. The final price will be confirmed once your application has been approved.
Any additional relevant documentation or concept outlines should be attached during the application process.
A copy of appropriate identification, such as a passport or driver's license, must be provided with the application. Failure to do so may result in rejection.

Casablanca Events Pty Ltd does not commit to legal relations based solely on the application. A formal letter of acceptance, prepared by the company, along with payment, is required to establish a legal relationship.
The company retains the right to make decisions at its discretion after reviewing the received applications.
Providing photographs and additional information related to the proposal may aid the selection panel's decision-making process. Please note that submitted photos will not be returned.
Shortlisted applicants are required to attend a pre-festival meeting.
All applicants will receive written notification regarding the outcome of their application.
The decision of the selection panel is final and cannot be appealed.
BOOKINGS:
50% deposit is due upon approval of the application.
The remaining 75% must be paid 30 days prior to the event.
REFUND POLICY:
Full refund: Up to 30 days before the event.
50% refund: Up to 15 days before the event.
No refund: From 0 to 15 days before the event.
