    • Permission to park and use the trails is only granted for dates submitted above and included in the insurance certificate submitted

    • A new application must be completed for each new subsequent insurance period

    • Keys are not transferrable - abuse of access will lead to removal from the scheme

    • The Gate must be locked after on entry and after each visit

    • Horse droppings must be cleared off the parking area and moved from trails where reasonably practical to do so

    • Leave no Trace Principles must be adhered to while using the facility - take your litter home

    • Council will not accept liability for any damage to permit holders’ property or other property.

    • These are multi-use trails so please share responsibly

    • The use of these trails and parking facility is at your own risk

    • Please check and abide by all signage throughout the site

    • Behaviour in contravention of the Terms and Conditions will result in the removal from the scheme and loss of deposit

    • A refundable deposit for the access key will be levied when first issued

    • Any activity which is organised as an event, or is of a commercial nature, permission must be specifically applied for / processed through the Council Event Notification Form (https://www.fermanaghomagh.com/app/uploads/2021/05/FODC-Events-Notification-Form.pdf)

    Process for Obtaining Access
    Once approved to obtain access, a refundable £100 deposit will be required to obtain a key for the padlock. This payment will be taken at the Connect Centre, Strule House, 16 High Street, Omagh.
