My name is Vanessa Taylor. I am the creator of NAZAR, an (anti) surveillance newsletter.
For NAZAR, I developed a map of cities, neighborhood associations, and / or other nonprofits offering surveillance rebate programs such as Washington, D.C.'s Private Security Camera System Incentive Program or the plethora of Ring subsidy programming.
The map is a living document and I intend to continue adding to it. With this form, you can inform me of programs that I have not added yet. It is okay if you cannot answer every question!
