Client Agreement/Contract/Waiver & Copyright Acknowledgment
Respect will be given to current COVID-19 protocols in our area during the day of the photoshoot. Photographers and mini session clients will both respect distance measures and safety protocols put in place by local municipalities. If any party has COVID-19 symptoms the day of the shoot, photographers will work with clients to reschedule OR provide a credit for a future photoshoot. NO ONE may attend the session in the event that they have COVID-19 symptoms or have been instructed to isolate due to exposure, previous symptoms, etc…

Rural Route Photography customers agree that all photos taken during the session can later be used for marketing and promotional purposes including but not limited to submissions in publications, entrance for contests, promotion at events, website material and social media posts.

Rural Route Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond our control, Rural Route Photography's liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.
