Les Mills Grit Cardio
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
This is not your traditional Yoga. Power Yoga has fun positive music to set the tone while we work to increase our heart rate while challenging our limits, toning our bodies, all while working up a sweat!

Hip Hop Dance is sure to increase your heart rate and burn those calories while having a great time. Follow the instructor through each song as we have a great time dancing while adding in aerobics. Dance to clean hip hop/pop music in a positive, encouraging, nonjudgmental environment. Just be you and move how your body feels. Zumba™ is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.
A class designed to focus on your foundation - the core. Create stability from the axis, or the middle of your body, which is the basis of all movement, then layers on mobility, strength and power.
