Price: $150 (In addition to preparation fees, recording fees are estimated at $182)
NOTE: If you have the original note and original deed of trust, you will save an estimated $90 in recording fees to take those originals to the Trustee shown on the Deed of Trust, to prepare the reconveyance. The Beneficiary must sign the Request for Reconveyance first (attached to the deed of trust). Otherwise, I will need to substitute the trustee out and replace them with the beneficiary which creates a "double document" and bumps up the recording fee.
